Frank Guyer

Frank Guyer has extensive experience in financial analysis, serving as a Financial Analyst at American Quality Schools since August 2008 and previously as a Principal Financial Consultant at the Illinois State Board of Education from April 1971 to May 2008. Guyer holds a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature from the University of Arizona, earned between 1968 and 1969, and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from St. Prociopius College, completed in 1968.
