Additionally, Leo has held judging positions with the American Quarter Horse Association, the NRHA, and the NRCHA since 1980, showcasing a long-standing commitment to equestrian sports. As the owner of 4A Quarter Horses since 1970, Leo has demonstrated both entrepreneurial skills and a deep passion for horses. Leo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Saint John's University and the University of Minnesota.
