Philip Heckendorn

Philip Heckendorn is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at American Radiology Associates, P.A. since October 2014, where the focus is on providing high-quality patient care through subspecialty radiology and proactive business development. Previously, Philip was the Managing Member and Founder of Reynolds Healthcare Services, LLC, overseeing hospital outsourced clinical services and providing strategic guidance for radiology practices. As CEO of RadCare at EmCare from March 2010 to February 2013, Philip led the development and operations of a nationwide hospital outsourced radiology program. Earlier in their career, Philip held the position of Executive Vice President and Partner at BIDON Companies, where responsibilities included executing a de-novo outpatient imaging strategy and managing operations across multiple states. Philip holds an M.B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands.
