Elwynn Jon Sotingco

Elwynn Jon (E.J.) Sotingco is a seasoned investment professional with experience in institutional multi-family and mixed-use assets across Southern California. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Investments at American Realty Advisors since August 2021, Sotingco previously held the position of Associate in Investments within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Analyst at Pacific Urban Residential from May 2018 to August 2021 and as a Valuation Associate at CBRE from April 2015 to May 2018, focusing on valuation and advisory services.
