Matt Weiner is an experienced professional in the real estate and investment sectors, currently serving as an Associate in the Investment Group at American Realty Advisors since May 2022, following roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst within the same group. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst for Originations at Colony Capital, Inc. and co-founding two ventures: 729 Productions, which invests in emerging directors' short films, and 729 Merchandise, a custom branded apparel company established during the pandemic. Matt's earlier roles included summer analyst positions at Kennedy Wilson, T.R. Winston and Company, and a copyright and media internship at DLA Piper. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Development with a Minor in Finance from the University of Southern California.
