Michael Gearheart

Michael Gearheart is currently the Senior Vice President and Senior Fund Controller at American Realty Advisors. Michael has been with the company since October 2007 and has previous experience as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young. In their role, Michael reviews and approves acquisition and disposition entries, as well as purchase and sale agreements. Prior to their career in accounting, Michael worked at Southern California Edison as a Director of Special Projects and as an Electrical Lineman. Michael holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
