Ashley Hughes Bsw

Ashley Hughes BSW, MPA, currently serves as the Indianapolis & Evansville District Manager for Donor-Recruitment at the American Red Cross, a position held since September 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts in Indiana and parts of Kentucky and Illinois, while ensuring the achievement of blood collection goals through strategic planning. Prior experience includes roles as District Manager for Donor-Recruitment, Account Representative/Donor Recruitment, and Volunteer Engagement Representative at the American Red Cross, as well as Director of Development at Covered with Love, Inc., and Student Outreach Coordinator at the University of Southern Indiana. Ashley holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, both from the University of Southern Indiana.
