Chris Barry Bennett

Chris Barry Bennett is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations support, real estate management, and analysis, primarily with the American Red Cross since January 2012. In the current role as Analyst in Operations Support, responsibilities include managing enterprise-wide construction services. Previously, as Lease Administrator, Chris was part of a team overseeing real property transactions and lease payments for over 600 properties, representing an annual spend exceeding $37 million. Chris has also held positions in supply chain management, ensuring procurement and contract compliance, and has a solid foundation in data analysis. Prior experience includes work at the US Census Bureau, where responsibilities encompassed administrative support and team management, along with extensive experience in real estate as a Broker/Realtor with Prudential Carolinas Realty and Realty USA. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
