Glenn Maddalon

Glenn Maddalon serves as the Chief Development Officer at the American Red Cross since August 2013, focusing on expanding financial support through donor engagement and innovative fundraising strategies. Prior to this role, Glenn was the Vice President of Development at MIND Research Institute, where responsibilities included achieving a $7 million business plan target and developing community engagement strategies. Glenn's earlier experience includes roles as Executive Director at Community Hospital of Long Beach and the Community Hospital Foundation, as well as Regional Vice President at the American Lung Association of California, where operational leadership and strategic planning were key. Glenn also held the position of Chief Executive Director at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center Foundation and Executive Director at the American Cancer Society, managing fundraising and community development initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from San Jose State University.
