Heather Mott

Heather Mott, CSP, has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on health and safety training, client management, and human resources. Since July 1998, Heather has served as a CPR/First Aid Instructor with the American Red Cross, delivering curriculum and certifications. Previous positions include Account Manager at NES+ Health, where Heather maintained key client relationships, and Branch Manager at BONNEY Staffing Center, overseeing staff and driving business growth. Additional experience includes Human Resources at Blue Hill Memorial Hospital, Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services, Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist at Norumbega Medical, and Firefighter/First Responder with the Town of Milford. Heather holds a certification in EMT-Basic from Eastern Maine Community College and completed the Bangor Region Leadership Institute in 2012.
