Jill Gregory is an experienced leader in digital strategy and marketing, currently serving as the Vice President of Enterprise Digital Strategy & Marketing at the American Red Cross since April 2013, where oversight of online mission delivery is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Jill held the position of Sr. Director at NII Holdings, Inc., managing a $60M budget and overseeing the digital presence across multiple countries in Latin America.
