Joshua Bicoy

Joshua Bicoy currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst for the American Red Cross since July 2018. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the City Mayor of Dipolog, Chapter Administrator for both the Philippine Red Cross - Zamboanga del Norte Chapter and Saint Vincent's College, and various positions within the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte including Executive Assistant IV to the Provincial Governor and Provincial Youth and Sports Development Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Saint Vincent's College, along with a secondary education from Zamboanga del Norte National High School.
