Ken Hurley

Ken Hurley is an accomplished HR and labor relations executive with extensive experience in managing and transforming human resources functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of HR and Labor Relations for the American Red Cross, Ken leads the HR Strategic Business Partners and Labor Relations for the Biomed Division. Previously, Ken held the position of Vice President at Kellogg Company, overseeing human capital strategies for North American Supply Chain operations, and served as an Executive Human Resources Consultant for the American Red Cross. Ken's tenure at Penske Truck Leasing involved significant restructuring of HR and labor relations functions, while earlier roles included Corporate Director of Labor and Employee Relations for Kindred Healthcare and an attorney specializing in management-side labor law. Ken earned a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Louis University.
