Zoe Wergeland Manstrom

Zoe Wergeland Manstrom, MBA, serves as the Executive Director at the American Red Cross since April 2022 and is a Co-Founder of Turnpike Ventures, LLC, where management of business operations and strategy for a real estate investment and rental property portfolio takes place. Previous roles include Marketing and Donor Relations Manager at Missouri Slope Areawide United Way, Interim CEO of the North Dakota Development Fund, and Business Development Manager at the North Dakota Department of Commerce, where responsibilities encompassed promoting business expansion and managing financing activities.
