Louis Delafano

Louis Delafano has a extensive work experience in the elevator industry. Louis started their career with Delta Beckwith Elevator Company in 2000, where they served as a Senior Account Manager and then as a Branch Service Sales Manager. In 2015, they joined Otis Elevator Company as a Branch Manager. After two years, they moved to Delta Beckwith Elevator as the General Manager. In 2018, they returned to Otis Elevator Co. and held different roles including Associate Director - Boston, Associate Director of Sales - New England, and Associate Director Service Sales - New England and GNY Suburbs. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Sales at ARC Mechanical since 2023.

Louis Delafano completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing at Merrimack College from 1995 to 2000. Following that, they pursued further education at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained both an MBA and an MS in Organizational Leadership between 2002 and 2007.
