Charlotte Plasencia

Charlotte Plasencia is an experienced curriculum design manager currently with the American Rental Association since November 2015, where responsibilities include developing course objectives, reviewing content scripts, and creating assessments for education products while providing feedback reports to enhance member engagement. Previously, Charlotte worked as an instructional designer at both the University of Phoenix and the Arizona Department of Economic Security, where skills in designing and managing academic curriculum and developing comprehensive training materials were utilized. Charlotte began their career in training and rehabilitation services, holding positions such as Training Officer II and Rehabilitation Service Specialist III, focusing on curriculum development and client service. Charlotte holds a Master of Arts in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Arizona, earned between 2008 and 2011.
