AARC House Of Delegates Parliamentarian at American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC)

Cheryl Skinner, MSc, RRT, AE-C, CPFT is a seasoned professional in respiratory care, currently serving as the Online BSRC Degree Advancement Program Director and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center since July 2015. Cheryl has experience as the Director of Cardiopulmonary Services and Registered Respiratory Therapist at Community Memorial Healthcare from January 2008 to July 2015. In addition to these roles, Cheryl serves as the Parliamentarian for the AARC House of Delegates since November 2022. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Respiratory Care Leadership from Northeastern University, a Polysomnography certificate from Southeast Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ottawa University, and an Associate of Applied Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from Southeast Community College.
