Eric Boucher has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2021. Eric started their career as a Personnel Consultant at Tangent from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Manager for ACCESS 4-H at the National 4-H Council, where they played a crucial role in creating a new interactive web platform.
In 2010, Eric joined Threespot as an Account Director and Project Management Practice Lead. During their tenure, they led various projects for prestigious organizations such as The Gates Foundation, The Clinton Foundation, and Amnesty International USA. Eric also served as the team lead and managed contracts worth over a million dollars until 2016.
In 2016, Eric joined Blue State Digital as a Senior Account Director until 2018. Eric then joined American Rivers, where they held positions as the Director and later Senior Director of Online Strategy from 2018 to 2020 and 2021, respectively.
