American Rivers
Kelsey Cruickshank currently serves as the Director of Policy and Government Relations at American Rivers, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsey was a Policy Fellow at the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance from July 2021 to May 2023. Kelsey's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Communications and Operations at the Council of Western State Foresters from January 2019 to May 2021, and as a Project Coordinator for Oceans Beyond Piracy at One Earth Future Foundation from October 2016 to July 2018. Kelsey began a career in public service with the Peace Corps as a Volunteer from July 2009 to December 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in International Law and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, obtained in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University at Albany, acquired in 2009.
