Annette Jorgensen

Annette Jorgensen brings 33 years of extensive banking experience, with a strong focus on Small Business Administration (SBA) lending. Currently serving as Vice President and SBA Business Development Officer at American Riviera Bank since May 2015, Annette specializes in business, real estate, and construction financing, as well as providing depository solutions to clients in the greater Santa Barbara area. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President at Heritage Oaks Bank and Community West Bank, where Annette also concentrated on assisting clients with SBA loans and owner/user commercial real estate financing. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an Associate of Arts in Economics from Santa Barbara City College.
