Lauren Schapker

Lauren Schapker's work experience includes being the Vice President at the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Government Affairs Director at the National Ground Water Association from 2014 to 2019, where they managed the association's government affairs program and had expertise in infrastructure, natural resources, and energy issues. Before that, they were the Director of Government Affairs at the Portland Cement Association from 2009 to 2014. Lauren also worked as a Senior Policy Adviser at Xenophon Strategies from 2006 to 2009, where they secured federal funding for client projects and provided research, support, and advocacy on various policy issues. Their earliest known role was as the Development Coordinator at the Havighurst Center for Russian & Post-Soviet Studies from 2004 to 2006.

Lauren Schapker earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Miami University from the year 2000 to 2004. Later on, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from the same university, completing the program from 2004 to 2006.
