Derek Reisfield

Derek Reisfield has extensive work experience in various leadership and executive roles.

Starting in 1987, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they progressed from a Research Analyst to Senior Engagement Manager. Derek specialized in media, telecommunications, consumer products, finance, and sales force effectiveness.

In 1996, Reisfield joined Westinghouse Electric Corporation, where they served as the Director of Strategic Management and a Board Member for the Persian Gulf Division. Derek played a crucial role in the company's turnaround plans and managed a substantial investment portfolio.

Reisfield then moved to CBS, where they held multiple positions, including Co-Founder and Chairman of MarketWatch.com. Derek also served as President of CBS Interactive and Vice President of Business Development for CBS - Westinghouse. Derek developed successful strategies, drove incremental sales, and transformed the company to achieve significant value.

From 1999 to 2006, Reisfield worked at Austen Group as the Managing Partner of the Strategy Practice. Derek contributed to the turnaround of EMI Music through the development of a digital music strategy.

In 2007, Reisfield became the Executive Vice President and CFO of FlipTrack (now Moblyng), where they restructured the company and raised $17 million in equity funding.

Derek then founded Seal Rock Management in 2018, where they advised and strengthened B2B and consumer product companies. Derek also obtained over $20 million in seed or acquisition funding.

In 2015, Reisfield joined MetaRail, Inc. as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Derek managed partnerships, revenue generation, and facilitated growth in new industry categories.

Reisfield currently holds positions at Ondas Holdings and American Robotics. At Ondas Holdings, they serve as the CFO, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director, where they built the finance and accounting function, completed acquisitions, and developed corporate and business unit strategies. Derek also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors. At American Robotics, they are the Treasurer and played a key role in the company's acquisition by Ondas Holdings.

Throughout their career, Reisfield has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, business development, and turnarounds.

Derek Reisfield holds a Master's degree from the University of Southern California's Annenberg School of Communications. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University. Derek completed their high school education at Deerfield Academy.
