Neil Cohen

Neil Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Neil started their career at Dillon, Read & Co. in 1986 as a Vice President, where they worked until 1992. In 1992, they joined AmBase Corporation as an Executive Vice President, CFO, and member of the Board of Directors until 1994. Following this, they founded American Rock Salt Company LLC in 1996, where they served as Founder, Co-CEO, and Vice Chairman. In 1994, they also became the Chairman of Emerald Development Managers LP.

Neil Cohen has a Bachelor of Engineering Sciences degree in Mathematical Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University, which they obtained from 1979 to 1983. Neil further pursued their education and completed a Master's Degree in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1984 to 1986.
