Mark Hlinak

Mark Hlinak is an experienced professional in elastomeric materials, currently serving as the Elastomeric Technical Manager at American Roller since May 2021, focusing on development project management for roll coverings made from rubber and polyurethanes. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Operations and Technical Manager for Rubber Mixing at ACE ELASTOMER, INC, where responsibilities included overseeing laboratory functions related to rubber mixing production and research. Mark's extensive background includes over 14 years as the Research and Development Manager at RotaDyne and earlier experience as an Analytical Supervisor at SKF Sealing Solutions, as well as a role as a Product Design Specialist at Americhem. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay between 1991 and 1995.
