Rob Waite

Rob Waite serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at American Roofing & Metal Company, Inc. since January 2017. His extensive career includes notable roles such as Vice Chairman and CEO of Drexel Metals Inc., where leadership contributed to the company earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing privately held companies. Additionally, Rob Waite held the position of Managing Director at Allen + Associates, a retained search firm, and has served on the boards of Drexel Metals Inc. and Allen + Associates. With experience spanning over three decades, Rob Waite has previously held executive positions at Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, Dietrich Metal Framing, and Lafarge Gypsum, among others. Rob Waite completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
