Lauren Luhrs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and partnership management, currently serving as the Director of Partnerships for the American Royal Association since May 2022. Prior to this, Lauren was the Senior Director of Development at the Kansas 4-H Foundation, focusing on major gifts, and held the position of Development Director at KU Endowment for the University of Kansas School of Law. Lauren's legal background includes experience as an Associate Attorney and various positions in legal internships, complemented by a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and a B.S. in Human Ecology and Mass Communications from Kansas State University.
