Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, work as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching college-level courses in applied mathematics for nutrition and history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
