Marzena Kalbarczyk

Marzena Kalbarczyk is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Director at the American School of Warsaw since September 2014, Marzena oversees all facets of human resources operations including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. Prior to this role, Marzena held positions such as Head of HR at Eni Polska, where responsibilities included HR policy implementation and compliance with employment laws, and HR Manager at Hypermedia, focusing on recruitment and staff development. Marzena's earlier experience includes roles at OGP Gaz-System, NN, BIG Bank Gdański, and as a Senior Consultant at the Neumann International Group. Marzena holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Warsaw and an MBA from Kozminski University, complemented by a GMP Programme from IEDC - Bled School of Management.
