Melissa Schaub

Melissa Schaub currently serves as the Associate Director for Learning at the American School of Warsaw, a position held since August 2022. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Melissa has been a trainer at the Principals' Training Center since 2009, focusing on classroom assessment strategies and assessment leadership. Previous roles include Deputy Superintendent of Learning and Interim Elementary Principal at the American International School of Lagos (2019-2022), Director of Learning at the Anglo-American School of Moscow & St. Petersburg (2014-2019), and Elementary School Principal at the American International School of Bucharest (2009-2014). Earlier in their career, Melissa held positions including Assistant Principal of Curriculum & Instruction at the American School Foundation of Monterrey and Language Arts Coordinator at Escuela Campo Alegre. Melissa's educational background includes degrees from the University of South Florida, San Francisco State University, The College of New Jersey, and the Principals' Training Center, with a focus on elementary education and leadership.
