Rodney Perryman

Rodney Perryman, Ed.D, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Development at American Seafoods, where strategic leadership efforts enhance crew readiness and compliance on a global scale. With extensive experience in talent development and organizational leadership, Perryman also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses at the University of Massachusetts Global. Previous roles include Training and Development Manager at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Technical Project Manager, and adjunct professor positions at Olympic College.
