James Herring

James Herring joined American Securities in 2023. He supports the portfolio companies by helping them create data-driven finance and analytics capabilities.

Prior to joining American Securities, James was a Senior Finance Manager at Stanley Black & Decker where he led their North American eCommerce Finance team. Prior to Stanley Black & Decker, James held a variety of roles at PepsiCo, mostly recently serving as a Senior Finance Manager.

James received a BA in Government & Economic Policy from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Baruch College.
