Justine Nowosatko

Justine Nowosatko is the VP of Human Capital at American Securities. Justine has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on executive searches and business development. Justine started their career at Bloomberg LP as a Chicago Buy-Side Account Manager and Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for managing growing and established buy-side accounts as well as the proprietary trading community for the greater Chicago, IL area. Justine then transitioned to Spencer Stuart where they worked as a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Practice. During their time at Spencer Stuart, they focused on senior-level executive searches within the asset management, private equity, hedge fund, wealth management, insurance, and real estate sectors.

Justine Nowosatko has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
