Marc Gibbert

Marc Gibbert is currently the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at American Securities. Prior to this, they were a Managing Director (Partner) at Berkeley Research Group LLC from January 2016 to December 2019. There, they partnered with the CFOs of public and private equity-held companies to drive sustainable performance improvement in their businesses, prepare for and support corporate transactions, and enable efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function. From January 2012 to December 2016, Gibbert was a Managing Director / Senior Managing Director (Partner) at FTI Consulting, where they focused on the Office of the CFO practice and provided advisory services to aid chief financial officers in delivering value to their organizations and building sustainable business performance. Marc has also served as a Senior Manager in the Strategy and Operations Practice at Deloitte Consulting from January 1999 to December 2012.

Marc Gibbert has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Marc also has an Executive Education Course in Artificial Intelligence: Implications on Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
