Ryan Smith is the Director of Tax at American Securities since October 2018. Prior to this, Ryan held senior tax positions at The Blackstone Group, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Exelon. Ryan holds a JD in Law from Temple University and an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Ryan also earned a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
