Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is the Director of Tax at American Securities. Ryan has over ten years of experience in the tax industry, including previous positions as Senior Vice President of Global Tax Strategy at The Blackstone Group and M&A Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to their work in the private sector, Ryan worked as a Federal Tax Planning Law Clerk at Exelon. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law.

Ryan Smith has a LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD in Law from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, and a BS in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
