Chris Waddington

Chris Waddington is a Senior Vice President and Head of Tax, EMEA, at Euclid Transactional in London. He is responsible for underwriting tax liability risks for clients across the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Euclid, Chris was a Senior Tax Underwriter at Liberty Specialty Markets. Chris is a UK tax lawyer, having qualified at Linklaters in London in 2008 and subsequently practiced at various firms including PwC, Clyde & Co, and Hogan Lovells, where he advised on a broad range of tax issues on M&A and real estate transactions, as well as contentious tax matters including in the courts and tax tribunals. Chris graduated with a first-class honors degree from the University of Birmingham and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law.
