Stephen Yan

Stephen Yan has a strong background in entry/growth strategy, JV/M&A screening, negotiation, and execution, manufacturing strategy, due diligence, sourcing, recruiting, organization building, strategic risk assessment, and IP/risk mitigation. Stephen has held positions as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Senior Associate in various companies. Prior to their current role at American Securities, Stephen worked at Ernst & Young and Shanghai General Motors. Stephen holds an MBA in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's in Economics from the same university.
