Nate Zoellner

Executive Vice President, Security Solutions at American Security & Investigations

Nate Zoellner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nate started their career as an Account Representative at TDS Metrocom in 2004 and quickly advanced to a Senior Business Consultant at Paychex. During their time at Paychex, Nate achieved or exceeded sales quotas and became a Level II Diamond Club Member. In 2006, they founded their own business, Nathan Scott Properties, as the business owner. Later, Nate worked as an Organizational Director for Eagan Senior High School, leading and managing the indoor drumline program. Nate also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Percussion Association. In 2012, Nate joined Allied Universal as a Business Development Manager and was responsible for market sales and client retention. Nate contributed to over $18 million in new business development during their time there. Nate then moved on to VTI Security in 2017 as a Senior Account Manager in Enterprise Services. Nate joined ASIS International in 2013, initially serving as the Young Professionals Liaison to the Board, and later as the Co-Chair and Chair of the Minnesota Chapter. Additionally, Nate is currently working at American Security & Investigations as the Executive Vice President of Security Solutions. In this role, they have successfully increased the company's ARR and scaled market territories. Nate's most recent position is Chief Sales Homie at Sales Homie. Throughout their career, Nate has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and operational skills.

Nate Zoellner's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from the University of Minnesota. Prior to attending university, Nate attended Eagan Senior High School, where they earned a degree in General Studies and was recognized as a Sports & Fine Arts Letterman. In addition to their formal education, Nate has obtained a certification in Chemical Terrorism Vulnerability Information from the US Department of Homeland Security in September 2013.
