Cathy Langlois

Cathy Langlois is an accomplished professional in talent development and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development at American Senior Communities since May 2021. Previously, Cathy held positions such as Executive Vice President at Peoplocity, where responsibilities included operations, marketing, and customer engagement from June 2014 to May 2021. As Executive Director at the Entrepreneurship Advancement Center from January 2010 to June 2014, Cathy focused on fostering entrepreneurship to enhance community economic health. Additional experience includes managing entrepreneurship education for high school students at Hamilton County Alliance and serving as a Performance Improvement Consultant. Cathy began a career in education and development at Carle Clinic Association. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.
