Jay Wood

Jay Wood has a diverse background in talent acquisition and communications, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at American Senior Communities since September 2019. Prior experience includes roles at AMITA Health as a Recruiter, Sourcing Specialist, and Interviewing Specialist from September 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Jay was a Communications Specialist focused on Public Policy and Advocacy at Indiana Farm Bureau Incorporated from 2015 to 2017, and served as Press Secretary for the Indiana House of Representatives from 2012 to 2015. Earlier in the career, Jay worked as a Regional Field Representative for the Indiana Republican Party from 2011 to 2012. Jay Wood holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Purdue University, earned in 2011.
