Madhura Palande

Madhura Palande serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Freedom Rehabilitation Enterprises LLC since 2021, while also holding the position of Physical Therapist at American Senior Communities since May 2017, where responsibilities include the role of Assistant Rehab Director. Previous experience includes working as a Physical Therapist at Alegiant Healthcare, specializing in trach and vent care, and at Paragon Rehabilitation. A graduate from Utica University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, Madhura also holds an Executive MBA from the University of the Cumberlands and a Master of Kinesiology from Lamar University, along with multiple diplomas in health management and medico-legal systems from Symbiosis International University. Early professional experience included a role as a graduate assistant at Lamar University and running a private outpatient clinic as a self-employed Physical Therapist.
