Stephanie Shives

Stephanie Shives is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, admissions, and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Admissions at American Senior Communities since February 2022, Stephanie previously worked as a recruiter at AppleTree Staffing and as an office manager at Aspen Dental. Notably, as the owner of Banzi Balloons + Event Services from January 2012 to November 2020, Stephanie pioneered product offerings and e-commerce growth, achieving over $1M in revenue and establishing a strong social media presence in the Indianapolis events community before successfully selling the business. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty, where store performance ranked top in the company for brand awareness. Stephanie holds an AAS in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Indiana Business College.
