Michael Borland

Michael Borland has extensive experience in biochemistry and education, currently serving as an Education Fellow at the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology since April 2015, and as a Professor of Biochemistry and Chemistry at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania since July 2022. Borland also holds a directorial role at the cDNA Resource Center and has been the Founding Editor of the Journal of Toxicological Education since 2013. Previously, Borland was a Professor at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2022 and has held various academic positions. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from Pennsylvania State University and a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the same institution.
