Jennifer Young's work experience includes roles at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and PCL Alverno. At ASCP, they held various positions, including Director of International Partnerships at ASCP BOC, where they provided staff support in credentialing and managed international partnerships. Jennifer also served as the Director of Business Development and International Partnerships, driving global sales and identifying new opportunities for ASCP products and services. Prior to these roles, Jennifer was the Director of International Operations and held managerial positions in international certification at ASCP BOC. Before joining ASCP, they worked as a Cytotechnologist at PCL Alverno.

Jennifer Young has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Cytotechnology/Cytotechnologist, which they obtained from Indiana University School of Medicine between the years 2000 and 2003.

Jennifer also completed an Executive Scholar program in Nonprofit Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in the year 2011.

In addition to their degrees, Jennifer Young holds a certification as a Cytologist, CT(ASCP)CM, which was granted by the ASCP Board of Certification in the year 2003.
