Peter Engel Storms

Peter Engel Storms has a diverse work experience in the fields of IT, music, and healthcare. Peter is currently working as the IT Director and Principal Product Owner at the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), starting in May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Lead System Analyst at the American Nurses Association from April 2014 to May 2022. Additionally, Peter has worked at ASCP as a DBA and developer from May 1997 to April 2014. In the music industry, they have held various roles such as Collaborative Keyboardist at Unity Temple since 2009, Music Director at Bailiwick Chicago in 2010, and Music Director and Sound Designer at Circle Theatre from 2000 to 2008. Moreover, Peter has been self-employed since October 1995, specializing in independent music directing, arranging, composing, sound designing, pianist, and singing. Peter has also served as a Music Director and Sound Designer at various theaters in the Chicago area since 1995.

Peter Engel Storms attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Anthropology. In 1993, they also studied at Durham University as an International Student, focusing on English and Anthropology.
