Kristine Difiore Shr

Kristine DiFiore, PHR SHRM-CP, serves as a Board Member for both the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration and Youville House Youville Place. Currently, Kristine is the Vice President of Human Resources at Catholic Medical Center, a role assumed in January 2023. Previously, Kristine held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Care Dimensions from January 2018 to January 2023 and was Vice President of Human Resources at Home Health Foundation from December 2014 to December 2017. In addition, Kristine served as the Director of Human Resources at Mary Immaculate Health/Care Services for twelve years. Known for innovation in human resources practices, Kristine has demonstrated expertise in developing effective policies within large not-for-profit healthcare organizations. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Worcester State University.
