Julie A. Segre

Julie Segre, PhD is a Senior Investigator at the National Human Genome Research Institute within the NIH Intramural Research Program, where integrates computational analyses with clinical studies to investigate the human skin microbiome and genomic epidemiology. The Segre group works on genomic studies of bacteria, fungi, viruses, with a particular focus on Staphylococcal species, Candida auris, and human papilloma virus.
