Karen Davis is an accomplished nonprofit executive with extensive experience in fundraising, business development, and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development & Marketing at the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) since June 2025, Karen previously held the position of Chief Development & Marketing Officer at the National Council on Aging from March 2022 to May 2025. Karen's earlier roles include Chief Advancement Officer & Senior Vice President at the Student Conservation Association, where responsibilities encompassed fundraising and financial strategy, and Senior Vice President of Development at the National Park Foundation, focusing on overarching fundraising strategies. With a decade of experience as Senior Managing Director at Changing Our World, Inc., Karen specialized in strategic fundraising programs for nonprofits. Earlier in career history, Karen directed fundraising efforts at ASAE and the Brain Injury Association of America. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Old Dominion University.
