Liz Gardner serves as the Senior Media Relations Manager at the American Society for Radiation Oncology since October 2015, focusing on external media efforts and strategic communications. Prior to this role, Liz was an Assistant Professor of Public Relations at the College of Media & Communication, Texas Tech University, where responsibilities included project management, course development, and research presentation. Liz holds a PhD in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MA in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
