Previously, Gonzo held positions such as Director of User Experience and Senior Product Manager at Crain Communications Inc., as well as Digital General Manager for Modern Healthcare, demonstrating a strong track record in digital strategy and product management across various sectors. Gonzo's career also includes significant roles in website development and management, contributing to major increases in traffic and revenue for multiple organizations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Louisiana State University and specialized certifications in user experience.
