Matthew T. Popovich

Matthew T. Popovich has held various roles throughout their work experience. Matthew T. began their career as a Doctoral Student/Instructor at the University of Illinois Chicago from August 2002 to August 2009. Matthew T. then worked as a Pharmacy Quality and Safety Accreditation Manager at the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy from February 2010 to August 2011. Following that, they served as a Consultant at the same organization from December 2011 to May 2013. From May 2013 to November 2014, they worked as a Quality Specialist at the American Society of Anesthesiologists®. Matthew T. later progressed to the role of Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at the same organization, where they led teams in developing policy, member education, and regulatory advocacy efforts relating to the Quality Payment Program (QPP) Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). Matthew T. Popovich obtained a Ph.D. in American Urban History from the University of Illinois Chicago, completing their studies from 2004 to 2009. Prior to this, they earned a Master's degree in American Urban History and Labor History from the same institution, between 2002 and 2004. Matthew T.'sundergraduate education was at Purdue University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Matthew T. Popovich holds a certification in American Management Association Developing Executive Leadership, obtained from the American Management Association.
